"Horrible staff "

"Poor for the money"

Not worth €190 / £150 a night as its very basic. You dont even get tea/coffee making in the room. No bath just a small shower and all looks very run down.

"Excellent"

I am very satisfied with my choice. The location was perfect for me enabling to get my car in a parking in Neuilly at just 10 minutes walk. The parking rates at La Défense (the hôtel does not provide parking) are horendous.

"AC doesnt work"

On 1st night the AC was not working. We tried to call the reception but they were not cordial and eventually they said you need to sleep like that whole night when it was very very hot. The night shift guy was very rude as well.
