ibis Paris La Défense Esplanade

The rest room was not working properly.

Great staff and kept very clean. But the room was tired, bathroom door handle/lock was loose to broken, boarding coming away under shower, curtains ripped. No USB charging points. Didn’t massively impact the stay, just in need of a refurb soon.

The location and the price are good, rooms are small, this is what you get for what you pay i guess

The location is very convenient. The room temperature should be adjustable by the residence.

Perfectly good for overnight. Not too easy to get to by foot from the arch but close to the metro

Good price, but the bed keep moving around and Ibis Hotel need to provide more towel not just 2 towel,room as we can see so dusty please provide more towel but customer services really nice and helpful.

Excellent service, good breakfast. Slight gripe would be that the bar closed at 12pm

Convenient location close to metro station

I know hotel standards are lower in Europe than in North America, but this hotel is more reminiscent of a motel room than a 3 star hotel. The rooms were very outdated and looked more like student dormitories - plain white bathrooms, no art, ugly wall painted orange. Cleaning was not good, and one night my room was not cleaned at all. Breakfast was mediocre. Customer service was average. Also, for a hotel in a business district, you would you expect for there to be an iron in your room but instead you have to go to a room in the basement to iron your clothes. Only good thing is that the metro is nearby.
