The facility and staff were great. The buffet breakfast were amazing with the price about 10. it really worth the price. But watch for the stairs if you have luggage. We took Metro thinking the location is close, and found out we need to climb so many stairs. I'm not talking about stairs inside Metro, they are stairs outside to go to the hotel. That is a big disadvantage for this location. Plus there are no shops around to buy things, also no restaurants. You have to go to next door Noveltel hotel to eat.

"Disappointing"

Very basic accomodation. No tea/coffee making facility. Towels thin. Showeriing toiletries had hardly anything in them. Ko iron in room. Had to go to smelly room below ground to use dirty ironing board. Not worth the price!

The hotel is in a great location, however my room was not cleaned. The staff in the afternoon was not friendly as the morning shift. But the hotel is ok...I recomiendes.

Very pleasant staff. Property is two minutes from the metro station and has good soundproofing from the busy road outside. Overall good location and a relaxing stay

Great location, very nice staff. Only probkem is fhat the restaurant was clised on March 10, 2018. I only found out when ordered something that was supposed to be available 24/24h..... attendant made my cheese order then told me no bread....very unprofessional and fir a well known bame, tbis is simply horrible!!
