B&B HOTEL Cergy Port

The purpose of our trip was to visit family in the area. The location of this hotel is good - five minutes on foot to Port au Cergy, lakes and Cergy Village. Large mall and supermarket close by. Parks right behind hotel and many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is a bit run down though. It could use a makeover and modern decor. Good wifi connection.

We used the hotel as a base for our trips to EuroDisney, Paris and Giverny. The room was excellent and the staff were really helpful. I only speak very basic French so the effort made by hotel staff to speak English was very much appreciated. The only thing we would have liked different was an air conditioned room as it was rather hot at night however this didn’t spoil our stay. We’ll definitely be returning to this hotel. The car park is really secure. Local shops being close was an added bonus and the park area was great for our kids.

I liked its accessibility and ambience. Its good value for money

location was good, nearby Cergy Port excellent. Premises looked a little guarded. rooms were okay, staff very accommodating. Restaurant was just "okay"

Staff very friendly, breakfast great, room very comfortable. Short walk to the train and bus, making it easy access to Paris.And there is a local bus that goes to and from CDG for 2 Euros. Cergy itself is a pretty little city.

Not a four stars hotel. Rooms are spacious but incredibly dirty! Guess the staff in charge just make up the bed and go.

Decent hotel nothing fancy

Stop-over night as part of a drive through France. Hotel was as expected, easy to find, lots of parking, dated from the outside but the rooms were more than acceptable. The corridors (and at times in the room) often smelt of cigarette smoke despite that area of the hotel being non-smoking. The pool looked enticing but we never got time to use it. The breakfast we very nice and had a great selection. All staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very warm, with no aircon. rooms were dated and not how they looked I the photos.

Pleasant stay, nice room and breakfast. Be aware the restaurant does not open every evening
