B&B HOTEL Cergy Port

Très bon séjour propreté rien à dire les personnes à l’accueil sont très agréable et très gentil à l’écoute!

Nice business hotel with all facilities needed for a business stay. Restaurant is okay, fitness a bit small but okay. Rooms are nice, enough space and nice good bed. Bathroom well decorated. A separate toilet is a must have.

This hotel is in a suburb of Paris that I can't imagine one would like to visit unless it is for work, which was the reason I was there. The hotel is perfectly serviceable. Staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and of decent size. The decor and the carpet are nothing special, but the bed is comfortable and all the amenities are available. There is a small gym and a restaurant with surprisingly good food for dinner. Breakfast is also good and served from 6 am, which is nice. If I found myself again in the area I would be perfectly find staying in this hotel again.

Cannot believe what I have just witnessed just now! Your morning shift staff who have just signed in to work, kick your guest’s luggages away and shouted at your guests! And her excuse was she is pregnant and she doesn’t care. What kind of excuse/justification is this? Is this the way Novotel customer service is? If she is unwell why not she just call in sick? No offence, I have been staying here before, but what I have just witnessed was just plain rude!

Great Hotel on the outskirts of Paris. Especially useful for drivers who don't want to compete with the traffic in downtown Paris. Very comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. A warm welcome and good good within an easy commute to the centre of Paris.

Clean comfortable modern hotel . Very quiet room on 1st floor , large flatscreen t.v , some English channels, good bathroom, toiletries provided, tea and coffee facilities. Evening meal starter , main, sweet, no choice but food good quality and hot , breakfast was buffet and plentiful good choice. This was an overnight stop as part of a shearings holiday.

I stayed in Novotel Cergy-Pontoise quite often, since our business had office in Campus Saint-Christophe. In overall I stayed in more than 25 nights in total, but their service are not improving at all as the staff not really accommodating the needs of their guest and seems to be rude. Their laundry service are the worst, as is not 1 day service, and most of the time is more than 1.5 day untik 2 days to finish and some more their put the stappler in our clothes, very unprofessional. I stayed in other chains hotel never put a label with stappler in my clothes, not even once. But this Novotel Cergy are different level, it can leave damage in our clothes or stappler mark. Overall really dissapointed with their service, and their rate is even more expensive than Marriott chain in Paris city center, its only because I have project here then I have no choice! And they don't have air conditioning on their room.

Two guys on the London to Paris cycle trip. Hotel had good cycle storage, was clean, comfortable, great pool. Not the best of locations, quiet area. Went down to the restaurant for food in the evening to be told it was not open. Only bar snacks available not great but OK. Whilst in the bar, three coaches turned up and the passengers checked in. They then went into the restaurant for a meal, this was the reason the restaurant was not available to us. Breakfast was a farce. Too many people, not enough tables, staff, cutlery, food etc. etc. On a normal day without coaches I'm sure it would be OK. The situation would not put me off booking this hotel in the future.We had walked down to the port (10 mins) for some food in the afternoon, really nice little area lined with cafes/bars restaurants so the lack of evening meal was not a major issue.

Nice and clean, quick check in . The location is okay.

Comfortable hotel with a nice foyer and good service, though the room itself could benefit from renovation.
