The front desk clerk was super rude. I ask where was breakfast area and all he was over. He needs to replaced. Someone with a better attitude and a smile : )

"Bring your own towels if you plan to shower"

Tub had hair and dried boogers on it. Not kidding. The towels were both stained. They clearly dont wash or replace them aftet each use. The thermostat is set to celcius with bo way to change it. Not a big deal, just annoying. Id upload a picture but this thing wont let me

i was bitten all over my arms neck n legs by bed bugs i have already emailed trying to get my money back i will be filing more complaints i have a doctor telling me its bed bugs and have not slept from itchyness and hurting as well as i have pills i have to take and creams i have to put on my body
