"almost three stars but not quite !"

its tucked away in a side street -staff is friendly -room can be better and its not sound proof -the chateau is very close -good location but its not three star -no coffee or tea in room -the town is pretty and quiet but expensive -I think it can be done from paris as a long day trip though it will be tiring

"Stay somewhere else"

From the minute we arrived, the reception was lukewarm to say the least. What is not made clear is once you park underground you will then have to haul your luggage up 4 flights of stairs, something they could easily have said before you parked. Our room had a flashing,faulty lightbulb which had still not been fixed when we returned after the day out. The fire extinguisher beside our room was on the floor ( with part of the wall) when we came back from lunch and overall the hotel seemed poorly cared for. Hygiene was seriously dubious with a yellow stained toilet seat being the ultimate gross thing. Breakfast was good though!

We were only passing through overnight but had a good experience, staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was close to lots of restaurants.

"Good break"

The hotel is good, but some facilities are old. A bit noisy and can clearly hear people were talking in another room. All in all it was a good experience, no major issue. Happy to stay there again.

"Clean, Nice and functional"

Was tempted to pick the other hotels closer to the Chateau, but changed my mind instead. This was really close to the train station (though it's actually after a driveway leading to the hotel - so I missed it the first couple of times). With a luggage, I was really glad to have stayed here instead of dragging it 7km to the ones at the chateau. Room was really clean and functional. Liked it and would recommend it.
