ibis Château de Fontainebleau

The hotel lobby is nice and clean. The staff is friendly, plenty of parking nearby, walkable distance to chateau and all the restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated, with modern fixtures and furniture.

We enjoyed the little village and had wonderful pastries and cakes. The Fontainebleu Palace was worthwhile visiting. The gardens were just as nice but unfortunately, it was raining when we were there.

Hotel and the staff were great - we arrived to town at midnight, and the staff took care of us diligently, made us food, and made sure we have what we needed. The rooms were really small, and when we first arrived, our room and the hallway smelled of body odour, which was not nice.

Great location. Close to Fontainebleau. A lot of restaurants. Close to shopping. Clean room but might be small for some people.

Perfect for Real Tennis at the Palace

This must be one of the nearest hotels for a visit to the chateau. Parking is available beneath the hotel but very tight turns

This was a well priced hotel for a couple of nights whilst we visited our daughter who is working in Fontainebleau - very well situated for the chateau and town centre

good location. downside was difficulty to unload luggage from car as rhe garage dies not have lift access nor main extrance door side has sufficient parking enabling luggage offloading

Chose hotel due to its close proximity to restaurants and bistros. Chateau was only minutes away. Unfortunately it was pouring with rain and did not get the opportunity to sight see

The hotel looks very tired from the street and does not improve much on entering. You cannot make a cup of tea or coffee. Although it is complementary you must ask e receptionist and she wil make it for you. Considering we arrived on a Sunday and there was one person only on duty with the phones ringing and people arriving you don't really want to ask. Rooms are very tired and reek of disinfectant or something . Very unpleasant. A couple of hours of fresh air fixed that problem.
