Our toilet broke down and we had to shift rooms . The staff were very helpful to make the move easy could not have chosen a better property considering our need for a kitchen which very few hotel designated properties in that area have . And the view from our balcony..breathtaking !!

For longer stay guests , like us, they need to change their breakfast items between the days . And perhaps add salads on the menu?

La localisation de l'hotel dans un village calme et avec une vue sur le lac très jolie .le fait d'avoir une petite cuisine .

le canapé qui a servi de lit pour notre fils -peu confortable .de facon général ,il pourrait etre changé car il avait l'air un peu usé .Le confort de la Chambre du haut peut etre amélioré et modernisé .

An Der Rezeption ein Tag vorher angefragt und bestellt Lunchpaket. War am Abreisetag leider nicht da. Essen im Restaurant sehr teuer und sehr wenig.

S pobytom v tomto hoteli som bola veľmi spokojná. Prostredie hotela bolo krásne, čisté a na vysokej úrovni. Personál bol počas celého môjho pobytu mimoriadne milý, ochotný a vždy pripravený pomôcť. Vďaka ich profesionálnemu a priateľskému prístupu som sa cítila veľmi príjemne a vítaná. Ďakujem za skvelý zážitok a výborné služby. Určite tento hotel ešte niekedy navštívim a rada ho odporučím aj ostatným. 😊

Quick checkin and professional staff. Very welcoming. Its strongest USP is all rooms face the lake and mountains so you are never short of a great view! Great swimming pool area. Close proximity to beautiful locations such as Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen for a stay at far lesser price. Room equipped with kitchen a lifesaver especially if you are travelling with kids and can cook a but on your own

Can be a little far if you dont have a car. Limited access to restaurants if you dont happen to eat in their restaurant. But then this is natural
