We recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about the experience. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. During warm weather, the room became quite hot, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The pillows were also extremely flat, which further affected sleep quality. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with stunning mountain and lake views. The view from the room and balcony was absolutely superb, and the surrounding area is great for walking and enjoying nature. The hotel also provides complimentary fruit and lemon water in the lobby, which was a nice touch. However, the location is rather isolated. There are no supermarkets or reasonably priced restaurants nearby, so guests are somewhat dependent on the hotel’s facilitiesor drive 30 mins on difficult road to town. Theres a honesty store nearby for basic items. The balcony itself is lovely, but cigarette smoke from neighboring balconies often drifted into our room, which was disappointing. The bathroom design could be improved as well. The shower glass has to be folded and unfolded each time, which feels inconvenient and could be a safety concern, especially for older guests. Breakfast offered spectacular views from the dining area, but the food selection was only average. I was surprised there were no pancakes. The egg dishes were quite oily and had too much cheese for my taste. Reception service was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. One detail that felt out of place for a hotel in this price range was the small complimentary waffle cracker left in the room. Unfortunately, it arrived crushed and felt more disappointing than welcoming. Finally, I was surprised that parking was not included and required an additional fee. For an expensive hotel, charging separately for parking feels excessive.

Our toilet broke down and we had to shift rooms . The staff were very helpful to make the move easy could not have chosen a better property considering our need for a kitchen which very few hotel designated properties in that area have . And the view from our balcony..breathtaking !!

For longer stay guests , like us, they need to change their breakfast items between the days . And perhaps add salads on the menu?
