Please note that the garage parking fee is only applicable from mid-December to the end of February. It is free during the rest of the year. Guests traveling by car and using a GPS are advised to program the trip via Interlaken. The shorter route via Sigriswil includes a road which is closed in winter and is also not recommended in summer. When booking a unit with breakfast included, please note that the use of the kitchenette in the apartments is not included in the rate. It can be arranged at an extra charge of CHF 40 per stay. When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. After you book, the property will contact you with more details. Please note that the spa tax is paid directly on departure. This is not charged to your credit card in advance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Nie mehr wieder - was für ein Beschiss!"

Der junge Herr an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Note 9 von 10. Die Bett- und Frottewäsche war frisch. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Appartement war nicht vollständig bereitgestellt, sehr muffig und schmudelig. Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl. Das Service-Personal - ausser dem Oberkellner?!! - älteren Semesters - nicht sehr motiviert und eher unfreundlich (Saison-Ende? schon so früh?) - mit einer weiteren personellen Ausnahme. Das Abendessen war kulinarisch eine Katastrophe und eine Frechheit in Preis und Leistung, wie das gesamte Angebot!
