"Great but not not when it’s hot"

Great location for late night arrival via Le Shuttle. Clean .. good bar and breakfast on site

I’m t as hot when we stayed . No fan or air con .. it was noisy as we had to have the window open as it was so hot

"Calais nightmare"

Shower floor seriously slippery 😩 I am just starting to recover from a broken vertebrae I came so very close to further damage!!!? 😩😩😩

Everything the room was too small we could not pass each other anywhere!!! The beds were so close together it may have been a double bed and towels we minimal I could go on and on

When we arrived in the evening at approximately 21.00 there was no hot water available in the hotel. The next morning the 22nd of May 2026 thee was still no hot water For the sink or shower. We asked for a discount and suggested that they could they could refund us for the breakfast but manager refused..

No hot water at all and a refusal for any discount or even to remove the charge for breakfast was very poor.
