Good size rooms, great location.

Absolutely awful welcome from the staff. So bad that we almost cancelled on the spot! He was genuinely the worst staffer I've ever met at any hotel! He made us feel stupid for turning up there... Then tried to charge us when we had already paid the full amount. After confirming and proving we had paid, he didn't even apologise. We were early for check-in due to bus times and he made us wheel our suitcases to the pool. Honestly left a horrible experience.

The stairs you have to walk up with all your luggage, the bathroom shower had big cracks in the floor and the dirt kept running into the shower while bathing. The bed was so hard I have to make an appointment to see the chiropractor.

DONT RISK IT ON THIS PLACE.So the property is damn near perfect. Beautiful units first bed is within a foot of walking in door. I reported th3 tv didn't work upstairs on the first day and they said they would fix it. When on the third day nothing has changed from no signal I walked to the front office where the once smiling in my face welcoming people are now saying it is fixed and .It was never broken and they said they sent someone twice the other day and it was neve broken and that lie was called out and they then blamed me for breaking the TV. I told them it’s the upstairs to give the. A chance to admit they didn’t check the correct tv. I was there the whole day except two times running down the street .so they lie and accuse their customers of being the problem and dishonest with a pure face of distain and the displeasure of being called out for not telling the truth and pure disrespect. The last of this finally crossed the line so they implied im stupid, liar, a sabotour of the TV I asked them to fix all while speaking down to me using the partial part of my first name as if we are family or friends. No mr no sir and no ownership of responsibility and poor service on top of dishonesty and such. If the price for this nice no longer fish smelling unit wasn’t under 200 nigh and nice id given zero stats instead id say warning don’t risk having to deal with similar time ruining people who dislike you for the color of your skin or for having to do work or what may have you. Ocean reef club or others is the way to go. the thing just told me they cant accept the review in all caps but it's only part of it by mistake.

We were looking for a last minute stay in Key Largo. We booked this on Expedia and found it to be very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again. We had a suite that was very reasonably priced. Two beds and two bathrooms and a kitchen and A beautiful view on the water could be found. This was a great stay!

I liked the location and being on the canal.

I should have booked through the hotel instead of booking.com. To make minor changes was complicated and pricing was better. Booking.com will match prices but that was complicated.
