Sea Queen Beach Resort & Spa

The experience was relaxing, the staff were attentive but not overly so. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. The aircon was efficient and our luxury suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room boy polite and inconspicuous. The tranquility was just what we needed. Apparently the venue is popular for weddings and we were lucky to witness one of these, spectacular! The efficiency in the set up and the organisation seemed flawless. 5*'s from us 🙏🏼

Just one little note which I doubt can be avoided because of the location but the beach bistro was overrun with ants. Maybe a regular dousing with something might help. But in the great scheme if things that did not detract from our pleasure.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff for what is a very small hotel. I. Will return soon.

A gym would have been even better.

In the brochure which you sent, a Luxury suite meant a Living room & a Double bedroom. There was no Living room. As per the Hotel management, there are no seperate living room. In the Bedroom they had a Sofa, which they said meant a suite. When we showed them your brochure stating a suite with a living room & a Double bedroom, they said they had no 'Suites' meaning Hotel. com was lying.

Bullshitting about the Rooms, . Saying a Suite when no suite was provided.

OKay. A bit soulless. Super clean. Pool area disappointing.

I’m a bit ambivalent. The property is super clean. Breakfast options great. The room with a view of the paddy fields (a king sized room) was fabulous. Great location on Betalbetum beach. Negatives. The pool. Right in the middle of the hotel as too the sunbathing area. You feel fully on display. Not enough sun loungers. Staff. Some lovely/ some a bit sullen. Reception. Confusion over my bill which too some time to resolve once I returned to the UK with the help of Expedia…. Would I return. Yes to Colva but not to this hotel. It’s a bit soulless.

Breakfast spread was good. And the spa was good

the location is bang on the Colva beach , the beach is nice and the approach road to the resort is also very good. It was a pleasure to reach the beach in a minute and to get on with the beach activities . the environment around the hotel is very peaceful ... one should try to take a room that overlooks the vast green expanse . it's nice to sit in the balcony and have your food there ... the sunsets at the beach are amazing , the beach shacks are an added bonus, though they are independent of the hotel ...

they don't offer any board games to play during idle time ... these are needed by almost all travellers . They should also try to clean the small road outside the hotel to one side , it will add to the overall pleasant experience
