Close to beach. Food was exceptional Kitchen staff lovely Pool lovely

Power outlet in the room wasn't working. Needed to get adaptor. External door to verandah would not lock room 404. Could not find switch to turn off bathroom light. One bed mattress wasnt firm and a bit uncomfortable.

quite a few options on the buffet breakfast. Restaurant food is amazing. Beach 2 mins walk. Location isn't too bad if you just want to stay at the resort or beach. It's far from other restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Staff are friendly.

The property location was excellent as it was so close to a clean and quiet beach. The air conditioned room was clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The food in the restaurants was varied and well presented. The restaurant staff were friendly, spoke very good English, exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive. The hotel facilities were very good and the pool was clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. It was a great stay at a wonderful resort hotel.

There was nothing about this hotel I disliked.

I had room upgrade to the Presidential suit. It was very spacious and comfortable with splendid sea view. Staff were very attentive and quick to serve. Breakfast had variety and was very good.

The resort had booking with 5 men's football teams and we felt the swimming pool and restaurant were crowded at times with young footballers. We did not feel comfortable in using the swimming pool and felt let down. The management agreed to shorten our booking of 4 days to 2 days and upgraded our stay to a better room. The management was accommodative of our request after initial resistance.
