Highway construction near by

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was filling and the staff was friendly.

The room had a strange odor and the towels were in short supply.

Reserved for 2 different days and had 2 different rooms, insects came out of the bathroom, the carpet was very nasty and very dirty. The tubs where loosing the color and looked very dirty. The staff was very helpful

Quietness

When I first checked into my room, there were crumbs the size of dimes and nickels from leftover food scattered across the floor, with roaches to follow. When I spoke with the manager about the issue, the response seemed to suggest that a partial refund was considered acceptable instead of a full accommodation, despite the circumstances. As someone who worked in hospitality for 3 years and studied Business, I personally believe I was mishandled as a guest. I stayed there 5/8-10 and STILL have not been accommodated after multiple requests.

Staff was VERY friendly and nice. Location was close to interstate 95 and places to eat. It was affordable.

The carpet in the two rooms that I reserved were so stained and dirty I didnt want to walk on it without shoes on. The shower wasnt cleaned very well, I had 2 televisions in my king sofa bed room and the one in the main bedroom didnt work. The pool wasnt operational which isnt to big of a deal and the elevator was out of order..
