Not much of anything here is working or nice

The room had mold opening in the walls nasty dirty nothing is up cap. The maid services do not clean up, they do a 1/2 a** b******* job and I found condoms in the room open liquor bottles under the bed mold in the room and requested a refund after my stay after discovering all this nasty c*** of which I've heard nothing back or no resolution.

The treatment I received may be isolated. I arrived April 4th and Checked out April 5th. First the tub and shower enclosure were peeling so I was unable to shower or bath. The water pressure in the sink was low and the water slashed all over the counter. Trash was on the bathroom floor and dirty fingerprints on the door. It was late when I arrived so I brought something to eat with me. there was a desk in my room but there was not a chair to sit in. So I had to eat on the bed. When I asked the staff to come and see for themselves, I felt like I was really bothering them. No one would come and see how bad this room was. The next morning I was given the asst. manager name and number. She was polite and said she would forward my complaint to the manager. When I spoke to the manager she explained they were going to be remolding , but didn't help the deplorable conditions. She did say she would get back to me regarding a refund. As of April 30th she hasn't gotten back to me yet. I have spoke with expedia, whom I was told I made the reservation with t find out it was done by Hotel Planner.com. I have reached out to Radisson who manages Country Inn Suites to find out Choice Hotels.com manages Country Inn Suites. I am not sure why I haven't received any help, maybe it is because I am a senior and them don't think I will continue to try and get a refund. Please be careful when going to this Country Inn Suites
