This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was old, outdated, and had a very unpleasant smell, likely due to the wall-to-wall carpet. Honestly, who knows what has accumulated in that carpet over the years? The air conditioning in my room did not work. When I asked the man at the reception if someone could help me with the issue, the response I received was: “What can I do?” This was both rude and unprofessional, and it reflected the overall attitude of the staff during my stay. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, making it difficult to stay connected or get any work done. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. In my opinion, this property should not be rated as a four-star hotel. At best, it deserves two stars. The facilities are outdated, the service is poor, and basic expectations such as functioning air conditioning and reliable internet were not met. Overall, a very disappointing experience and a hotel I will never stay at again.

Very near to port of Palermo inly good thing about this hotel

Our AC was not working have to complain 4-5 times. Finally next day evening someone came to change filter then it worked. Bath tub was clogged. Taps are too old they have corroded.
