"Basic facilities ok for a short stay"

The location

Staff didn’t give you any information on the hotel’s facilities when you checked in. The safe in our room needed to be reset as it didn’t work. We had to contact the reception 4 times before this happened. We had limited time to wait for this as we were going to a wedding. The safe also was also mobile. It wasn’t connected to the wall so was easy to move so not really secure .
