Not clean . Reception dont value for online bookings

Hotel reception first made much problems about reservation saying not in our list .when argued and showed confirmation. Then also tried to search and delayed in providing rooms very much troublesome for online reservation. Even not clean as before

We did a road trip from Hyderabad, arrived late to this hotel for getting some sleep. Unfortunately there is confusion about reservation so check-in took longer time than expected. It has a good looking swimming pool.

Hotel needs a lot of improvement. Especially considering the amount charged the Hotel was certainly not worth it.

my stay was horrible, elevators were out of order , swimmimg pool was not open, food was just ok.

Everything is Good and safe place. Only negative point is the restaurant food is NOT Good. Average quality and costly.

Basic Stay, old hotel so all utilities look old and used.

An good experience. Upgraded to Suite which is a large and comfortable. Would have been better had there been a Tea making machine in the room as a standard amenity. Charged additionally for Child breakfast though it was told by Expedia that breakfast has been included in the charges paid by me in advance.
