Nice hotel

Very nice property that lacks maintenance. A/C was not working, they fixed it after 3-4 calls. Overall ok experience. Property is very nice just need little care.

This hotel is not upto the mark. Paint is chipped, lift is not working, water leaking in bathroom, dirty tablecloths etc. We were disappointed and will not stay there again

The hotel is reasonably good. The fact that it had working AC. The room was very large with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. This was more than sufficient for our family of 4. The stay would have been perfect had there been hot water 24x7. Hot water is a basic expectation. So this was let down as we had to leave very early in the morning (3.30 AM) without taking bath. Break fast was very tasty and the spread was good. Overall liked the stay. The other let down was the fact that Ramee did not receive our booking confirmation. And as a result refused the accommodation at the beginning. And if it was not for Hotels.com doing alternate booking, we would have been searching for the accommodation that night.

Standards were generally fine. However, non availability of tea/coffee maker in room was a big let down, which is available in similar category hotels. Restaurant staff not as helpful as the reception / other admin staff

For the money I paid and 3 star rating of the hotel, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Furniture seems old including the mini-fridge. It is close to the city and Tirupathi temple, which is the only plus point.

I would never recommend anybody in this world to stay in this hotel. My booking was for two double beds and a request for room with microwave as we had a 15 months baby. To my surprise I was given a room with two single beds, when I showed them the printout of my booking , I was told they did not receive any requests. Anywhere they charged me another RS 1800 and gave me a room with three beds. The following day at 1030 am they was no hot water, after checking with the reception we were told after 9am they shut down the heaters that is why we won't have any and we have to wait till they put it on in the evening or the next day. I requested as the baby have to bathe and since I had the flight in the afternoon to delhi, they were so rude at the counter advising us that we should get up early in the morning and bathe. I was a bit annoyed asking them why don't they mention online the water timings for hot water. Anywhere we came to a solution they would send me a bucket of hot water for the baby to bathe, to my surprise they took two hours to send me the same. And in that two hours I had to call room service they story was they are waiting for orders from the front desk, in the front desk they story was they are busy with a wedding group and already informed the room service, who to believe. Even asked for the owner name or telephone number they refused to give details.

We really enjoyed staying at the Ramee Guestline Hotel TIRUPATI. Very helpful staff. Good food. Many activities to keep kids busy.
