Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens

Lovely hotel - literally ski in/ski out, with the slopes right outside the doorstep (and a helpful ski locker in the basement). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitiely recommended for an upmarket experience on the ski slopes!

Beautiful and clean. The bedrooms were a good size and looked over the piste. Lovely hotel. Most staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The hot breakfast- on a few occasions it was cold so we decided to have cereal and pastries most of the time. We had a nightmare getting home because the mountain was shut due to the snow fall within 24hours. We asked whether there was any availability for our family to stay an extra night. We were told no, which was fine. But, what was upsetting, we booked an apartment in the middle of the village and asked at the reception would the shuttle bus be able to take us with our cases to the apartment as we had seen it go up and down the village twice, so thought it was running. The young lady at the reception hotel did try and help but was told no by her colleague. The shuttle bus is not moving, we did mention that we had seen it moving and that’s why we asked. This was very disappointing and frustrating as we were all very concerned about the situation we were in - missing our flights and wondering when we were able to purchase new ones. This made the end of our holiday very stressful and a little help from the hotel would have been appreciated at this time. Disappointing end to our holiday, as we all really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Hotel was beilliant and had everything contained within it aswell as ski hire and ski lockers

Loved the hotel, location and food. Majority of the staff were friendly and great but some at times were slightly rude.

Decent value and friendly staff. Breakfast a bit chaotic with facilities slightly overloaded and the in-room wifi was ineffective
