Very close to the slope, kind and helpful staff! The ski locker/ rental area and the spa area are definitely a plus!

I would have liked a fridge in the room, but all in all it was great.

Perfect location, close to ski lifts as well as many restaurants, bars etc. Very good breakfast. The hotel has a ski rental which is very convenient. Great terrace with a beautiful view of ski slopes, with djs playing on selected days.

Nothing big, really. If anything, it would be nice to have a fridge/mini bar in the room. I would also suggest adding a creamer to the coffee/tea set in the room (I also didn't find hot milk for a coffee at breakfast).. Check out at 10 is a little bit early.

1. Could hear loud dance music from terrace and nightclub all day and all evening in bedroom even when window closed. 2. Beds and pillows were too soft (and alternatives not available). 3. No rubbish bin in bedroom (just one tiny one in bathroom). 4. Small open clothes hanging rail and no proper cupboard. 5. Very dark main room with insufficient lighting, especially near main entrance door. 6. Over-priced dinner menu was pretty standard/basic fare.
