Hall d’accueil sympathique Réceptionniste aussi sympa Quand vous entrez dans la chambre au rdc une salle odeur vous envahit Au bout de 10 mns je retourne a la reception, le personnel tres gentille me change de chambre… odeur moins forte mais presente La chambre est vieille pas a la hauteur d’un 4 etoiles du tout . Concernant le cadre de l’hotel, vraiement bien comme le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine parfait. Et le personnel tres serviable et a votre ecoute… pourquoi ne pas rzfraichir les chambres qui sont spacieuses ????

"Roberto at reception ruined our stay !"

Roberto at reception ruined our stay ! We had booked & paid for a triple adult room. Upon inspection, the single sofa bed was fit for a child only ! Hence not fit for purpose. My wife popped to reception to enquire as to whether there was another option ? Or a sofa bed that would accommodate the 3rd adult (our son) Roberto at reception rapidly became over defensive. Then subsequently overheated & argumentative. Who then Said to my wife "THIS IS NOT MARRAKESH" !!! My wife was shocked & taken aback at his rude outburst ! My wife is Greek so has a middle Eastern/Mediterranean complexion. Many, I'm sure, would have taken the comment as racist ! Ruining our stay. The hotel should refund the monetary loss incurred for the disgusting & disgraceful treatment endured ! We were only requesting that which we had paid for ! The manager tried to soften the situation. But clearly Roberto needs to understand, that certain outbursts using race or culture can be extremely upsetting when used in a derogatory manner ! Especially when accompanied with a serious lack of customer care skills ! Regards Lord w & family

"Prima hotem voor onderweg van of naar Spanje"

Goed gelegen langs de autosnelweg A9 naar Spanje. Grote gratis parking. Schone goed onderhouden kamers. Groot uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Wij verbleven 3 nachten: goede halfpension- formule. Telkens keuze uit 4 voorgerechten, 6 hoofdschotels en 4 desserts. Taxirit naar de oude stad +/- € 15 per rit. Onverwarmd openluchtzwembad was nog gesloten (6-8 april 2024).

"Perfekt övernattning för en natt"

Perfekt hotell vid genomresa från Spanien till Lund. Kör av stora vägen och kommer fram efter 5 min. Fräscht och stort rum. Inte så bra rastställen för hunden i närheten. Gratis parkering framför hotellet.
