Très bon séjour. Hôtel propre, personnel sympathique. L’hôtel est dans une zone. Faut prendre la voiture pour aller au centre. Mais à pied pour les grands buffets

"Service Petit Déjeuner !!!"

Super accueil de la part de la réception, cependant du jamais vu au service de petit déjeuner! Premièrement on nous informe lors de notre check-in que le petit déjeuner est ouvert jusqu’à 11h le week-end. Nous sommes arrivés à 10:20, déjà personne pour nous accueillir, le bonjour aux clients doit également être sur demande et le buffet commençait à être débarrassé déjà. Deuxièmement : Mon épouse étant allergique au lactose je pose naturellement la question si les œufs brouillés ont du lait ou de la crème ? La réponse du service oui. Je demande donc s’ils peuvent en faire un peu sans produits laitiers ou une omelette. La réponse c’était vous avez des œufs devant vous avec une plaque chauffante vous pouvez les faire vous même si vous voulez (du jamais vu dans un 4 étoiles). Étant un ancien de chez Accor j’ai vu par mes yeux que le respect des standards de service n’est à aucun moment respecté.

2day stay , nice pool , hotel showing age,dinner very average, breakfast ok , but on last day ,they cleared breakfast buffet before 10:10 when we came down !(10:30 official finish)Very poor breakfast service. Typical edge of town , motorway hotel.Poor customer service.But convenient en route.

"Séjour 1 nuit "

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, la réservation était pour 3 adultes mais le lit supplémentaire ( mini canapé lit) n’était pas du tout adapté pour un adulte. Prix trop élevé pour la prestation. Très bon accueil et accès facile proche autoroute.

"Mejor de lo esperado"

Todo perfecto. Las habitaciones no son las más modernas pero tienen todas las comodidades: blackout, colchones nuevos y cómodos, opciones de almohadas, artículos de baño de Rituals, suficientes toallas, aguas de cortesía… el desayuno es excelente (esperábamos el clásico desayuno deprimente de hotel de ruta) y nosotros estuvimos en verano y había hasta un kids club durante la mañana. Lo recomiendo!
