Grant the manager was exceptional, kind and informative!! Super pet friendly and the food was delicious .

The staff and the public spaces were good. Not excellent, but good. The location was very good. Parking was excellent. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The lounge and restaurant were above average.

The room experience was borderline unacceptable. In fact, we moved to a different hotel a day earlier than checkout. The ad-hoc heating unit was noisy, and relatively ineffective. The fan only operated at full power, blowing hot air at us, with no way to control it. We turned it off at night so we could sleep, but the room became very cold. There was no hot water, either in the shower or sink. We waited 20 minutes. It remained tepid, barely lukewarm. The floors were very cold. The curtains were torn and only half installed. Extremely disappointing room experience and value for the price paid.

Location was great! The people that work there beyond helpful and so nice. The large outdoor hot tub was amazing!

The bathroom pocket doors don’t close well. Just put a normal door and that way everyone has privacy.

Gravity Haus has a lot of promise, great location and nice pool and restaurant. But this place falls short in a few areas. The rooms are small and noisy. Walls are thin and if you’ve got noisy neighbors don’t plan on getting any sleep. Hotel staff seems to want to help but really doesn’t do anything to fix the situation. Uncomfortable stay and wouldn’t recommend.

I was very surprised how good this place was, having read some sketchy reviews. Staff are fantastic. Room was updated, had a fireplace, balcony, kitchenette and a huge comfy bed….Perfect to make your own snacks, breakfast and just steps to the ski resort. We had a Delux king, a friend had a small suite with a much larger living room and a real wood fireplace…

Actually nothing…it was really good for the price in Teton Village..

We stayed at Gravity Haus the end of February/early March. We chose this hotel for walk to lift access in Teton Village. Upon arrival, the front desk gal wasn’t super friendly, just very matter of fact bordering on apathetic. This would have been ok however she neglected to inform us of several hotel details that would have been helpful. For example, there is an area where guests can place their skis on a rack in the back of the hotel and they will bring them in each night and put them out in the am. We didn’t realize this until the second day so we were lugging our skis back and forth to our room. We also saw ski lockers as well but there was no mention of this. We saw other guests with robes (they were not in the room), so we requested them and then were provided some at the front desk. We also later discovered a microwave in a common area as well as a washer dryer (all of these would have been helpful to know about on arrival). The first night there we tried to eat at the hotel restaurant pretty early around 5:45 and were turned away because we didn’t have reservations. This despite being hotel guests and the restaurant being visually only about 25% full. We instead went to the next door Osteria at the Hotel Terra where it was packed but they kindly squeezed us in at the pizza bar and the food was delicious. Room wise-nothing special. Clean. We unfortunately did not get a room with a balcony. Couple of annoying things-the bathroom door is a sliding barn door style door so it doesn’t close completely thus bathroom sounds are clearly heard even if the bathroom fan was on. Our front door to the room also wouldn’t shut automatically-we had to yank it shut. Also, second night there our tv stopped working-it just got stuck on Netflix and would only turn on/off. We ran out of energy to ask the staff to come take a look. Final service item-housekeeping hadn’t come by our first day by 3:30, the front desk said they would be by before 4. They eventually came at 5:30. Not ideal when you are trying to relax after a day of skiing. Overall an ok stay mostly for the value but many service items could be greatly improved upon.
