People ot the bar are extremely rude and entitle. Well below the standard expected for a such a nice hotel. Manager did not do anything to amend the poor service

They forgot to clean our room one day. The ski storage wasnโ€™t sufficient. Staff wasnโ€™t helpful.

Room was not as nice as some of the lower valued hotels we stayed at on our travels. The room lock did not work properly. There was no refrigerator and not really a comfortable chair to set in for the price it was not at all what we expected.
