Staff were not very friendly. No smile. The location of our room was on the east wing and not in an enclosed area and there are bins of used towel and linen right outside our door. Not very pleasant for the price we paid.

it was a last minute decision to take a vacation. We had never been to this area of Jackson and were glad we found this place.

Didn't realize the very end of September would still be considered peek season. For us it was very expensive, but it was a wonderful experience.

The location was great, right inside Teton Village and plenty of parking. The room was spacious and comfy but The toilet would flush itself every 10 min or so and I had to physically fix the tank every night because the handle seemed to be broken. Also, my credit card was used by someone else for their meals, I am not sure how, but their charges got put on my account, but the staff was nice enough to just refund the charge back to me

Rooms were clean and well appointed.

Room has no view. It had one small window which looked at a wall. We travelled a really long way to view mountains and snow. Very disappointed in the actual location of the hotel. We were also woken by industrial work happening in the street both mornings quite early. Heavy trucks and reversing ‘beeping’ started early.
