Gravity Haus Jackson Hole

We were booked into Gravity Haus by our travel agent. We were4 people staying in rooms 342 and 343 and at the end of our trip rooms 231 and 232. We found the rooms clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Our second room didn’t offer space for luggage opening for two suitcases. We did discuss that if you should be physically disabled entering and exiting this hotel would be difficult. Navigating this hotel with a wheelchair, scooter or walker could be difficult. Bars in the shower may also be helpful. Restaurant had a limited menu! Location was very good! Enjoyed a good sleep all nights.

I try to avoid leaving bad reviews and to be positive, but after my recent stay, I felt like I had to say something since bad reviews seem to be the only thing that gets things done. I was in town for a last-minute business trip and this was the only hotel with availability in the area. I wish I had known what I was walking into. Let me start with the one positive: the staff was genuinely friendly and doing their best under tough circumstances. When I checked in, there were eight people in line, and only one staff member handling everything—check-ins, phone calls, the whole front desk. She stayed calm and polite the entire time, which I really respected. But it was clear she was overwhelmed, and the hotel should have had more support for her. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself completely overshadowed the staff’s efforts. I stayed in Room 340, and it was rough. The bathtub was chipped and stained, the air conditioning barely worked (I had to keep turning it off and on just to get it to cool), and the walls were paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the hallway, every door slam, and every word of the movie playing in the room next door. And since Room 340 is right next to the elevator, the noise was nonstop—especially at night. To make matters worse, the guests above me sounded like they were throwing a party until 3 a.m. I barely slept. I saw a review from 2023 warning about this exact room, and sadly, it seems like nothing has improved—if anything, it’s gotten worse. The room itself was just okay. I’ve seen budget hotels in better shape. If this place was recently renovated, they missed a lot. The bathroom was especially bad, and overall, the room felt tired and poorly maintained. Unless you’re absolutely out of options, I’d recommend staying somewhere else. The staff deserves better than the property they’re working with—and so do the guests. Now I know why the rates are the way they are.

Staff was unfriendly, hidden costs and worst coffee imaginable.

The beds were very comfortable, spacious room. I had booked a suite with a spiral staircase that held another bed and TV thinking it would be perfect for our adult disabled son with autism as we weregoing to be there 5 nights. After 1 night he was too agitated about it, and due to physical constraints of my husband and I, we couldn't be going up and down those stairs. We checked with the front desk and Marianna was so helpful and assured us they could make a room change for us. We left to go drive around and when we returned Marianna and Grant were just amazing and so gracious in helping us out with this switch. They were awesome. Parking was challenging as the lot was shared with another hotel. Washer and dryer were free to use, but there was only 1 of each and they were small. This definitely would not prevent us from recommending the hotel or returning to stay

Beautiful setting. Staff, specially at Unraveled and Wild Pune(John) were excellent!! Clean, comfortable!

We did a hiking trip to the National Park and stayed here since it was centrally located for all the trails and near Jackson. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Comfy beds and nice mini kitchen.The front desk gentleman were so helpful with helping us pick out hikes and super friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
