Crowne Plaza Plymouth by IHG

Excellent breakfast, with a good range of food for all tastes. Staff coped well as it is a busy time. Cup are too small, resulting in queues at the tea and coffee machines. Location is fantastic...a short walk to the Theatre Royal for us, and right opposite the beautiful Hoe area. Without exception, the staff were lovely.

The room was very sparse and basic. The mud coloured ceiling made it look grubby. Cups are too small, resulting in an overly strong and small cup of tea. Clipper tea bags excellent, but the coffee was revolting. Please use Nescafe or Kenco.

Room cold due to air conditioning chilling room before arrival and being unable to counter this with any heating .Also big room but felt empty of furniture or lighting

The food at our reunion was excellent; the view from the hotel was pretty good from our room - better from the dining room; a decent breakfast but didn't like the tea and coffee making facilities in the dining room.

Bathroom: water was tepid and had a poor flow in the shower.

Modern central hotel near Plymouth Hooe. The staff were excellent- friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
