Sin duda alguna los 3 recepcionistas INCREÍBLES. Me tocó vivir una situación en la que una huésped ha sido irrespetuosa con la recepcionista y la forma en que lo resolvió fue muy buena. Me recibieron las valijas punto que me parece muy importante y sin lugar a dudas la ubicación es INCREÍBLE.

Las instalaciones son viejas y el diseño es horrible podrían invertir en renovarla. Las alfombras viejas, la pintura y la decoración horribles. Les agregaría un baño con ducha para los huéspedes que tienen vuelos más tarde de la salida fue lo único que nos faltó.

El hotel es la ubicación! a pasos de la playa y de avenidas principales de Miami Beach, con harto comercio y restaurantes. Habitación con cama cómoda.

El día del check in había una persona que no soltó su celular hablando temas personales, yo apenas me manejaba haciendo el ingreso en una pantalla, le preguntaba, pero apenas me tomaba atención. La llegada fue desmotivante.
