The location, for the price, is unbeatable really… 1 minute Walk from Collins & Washington Avenues, 5 mins to Espanola way and the start of Ocean Drive… 2 blocks back from the beach. It’s probably the cheapest double bed you’ll find in that area. Staff were great.

The place aint no oil painting but what do you expect for less than $100 a night for a double room in South Beach prime location? Sure it could do with some general upgrading and freshening up but in terms of cleanliness I thought it was pretty spotless. No staffing during the night was luckily not a direct issue for me but I guess it’s always handy to have someone on call 24/7 at the front.

Large spacious room with nice living area. Location is fanstactic, right in the centre of everything and a short block from the beach.

I was in a room at the back of the property on the ground floor and staff passed by all the time, so I had to keep my curtains closed throughout. The pool area needs updating, water was clean, but pool old.

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, y el desayuno muy rico aunque está a 5min andando desde el hotel por lo que si vas por trabajo no e muy conveniente. El equipo de recepción muy servicial.

Pero en lo que se refiere al confort y limpieza del hotel regular. La condición de los muebles era muy mala incluso rota, los baños super antiguos, mal pintados, las ventanas no se podían abrir y no podíamos ventilar la habitación, la moqueta daba olor, y las paredes y marcos de las puertas muy mal pintados y rozados por todos lados. Por no mencionar los aires acondicionados que eran super ruidosos y de los años 80 encastrados en la pared... No volvería porque no era nada cómodo. Eso si, felicidades al fotógrafo que hizo las fotos de la web.

Nothing. I stayed n room 309 , bathroom floor dirty n toilet seat doesn’t fit cover. I left early, never again plus the elevator is way too small.

Es un hotel viejo pero realmente vale la pena. La ubicación es excelente y al atención excepcional

Czystość, zużycie wyposażenia łazienkowego, chodzący po poduszce nad ranem karaluch! Obsługa ignorowała zgłoszenie, przekazując sprzeczne informacje. Na koniec kazano nam złożyć reklamację przez booking i brak jakiejkolwiek informacji zwrotnej z hotelu. Następnie po kolejnej wiadomości o chęci wystawienia negatywnego komentarza czyli prawie po 1,5 miesiącu od pobytu mail z odpowiedzią, że nie było żadnego zgłoszenia w trakcie pobytu. Mimo kilkukrotnego zgłoszenia na recepcji i rozmowy bezpośrednio z managerem łącznie z pokazanym filmem że spacerującym insektem 😱
