"Excellent"

Pretty consistently good - stayed half board, dinner pretty good for small additional cost. Supermarket close by. Quite far from station but only 100m to quiet beach. Free wifi was good.

"Family stay"

Family holiday in Calella. We found the hotel to be quite noisy due to groups of teenagers staying there. The staff were all very helpful, food good but not much menu variation, location is ok - about 200 metres from the beach.

Arrived and found reception staff not that friendly. The car park was at another hotel about 5 minutes walk away. if you have a car you have to wait for a space in the unloading section to unload your stuff as it's too hard to drag it from the other hotel. The first thing you have to do is pay the tax. Then you have to pay 10 euros for a car park ticket before you can use the car park. But before you park your car you have to check in .... but you only had ten minutes in loading area! The restaurant is the saving aspect of this hotel with James and his team really friendly and helpful. food was fresh and great choice of foods. lots of healthy products too.

Nice hotel, comfortable, close to everything but their staff specially in reception are not very friendly, they made my check in process very long, their system doesn't work very well and they are not use to use it very well...
