"Excellent hôtel and staff close from Gatwick airport"

Excellent hôtel close to LGW airport, less than 10 min drive from the airport. The room is very clean, good bed, modern , well organised, with a big tv ! The staff is amazing, and I would like to make a huge thank you to Muhammad who make my Check in and who have been very helpful during my stay !

"LGW"

Stayed here after a flight into Gatwick. Need to take the United Hoppa bus from the terminals which costs about £5.00 each way and only runs every 30 minutes. There is a retail park a few minutes walk along the road. The bar at this hotel i found quite lively and a bit like a sports bar. The rooms were decorated to be a trendy metal and spotlight kind of style but not really to my liking - it was more like a nightclub. I have given this an average score as i found many of the staff here to be quite abrupt and unfriendly. They seemed to enjoy having banter amongst themselves but customers seemed like an inconvenience to them. Would not stay here again out of choice.

Very nice and impressive, the only downfall is the location. It's £25 each way to the airport. There is a bus for £5 per person, but it goes to the South Terminal and starts at 3:35 AM. The restaurant had seabream, burger, steak, salads, and curries—not your usual Ibis fare. Food was great in the restaurant. The room was small but modern and clean. The TV was a smart TV. The shower was powerful. The pillow and bed were super comfortable. Well run. We needed to stay at the North Terminal, but if staying at the South Terminal, it would be great.

Good for a night before flying out of Gatwick. Clean, modern, comfortable, £6 shuttle to and from the airport, and a decent bar/restaurant on site. Not much to complain about.
