Pool area. In floor health in the washroom.

One front desk person. Answering the phone while helping you. The shower had little to no pressure. Room had a noisy heater. We couldn't use it for long periods. So it was cold. Minimal channels for a king suite. Bring a roku or fire stick. Sticky tile on the kitchen wall area kept falling off. Older hotel, so expect to see older damage. Covered by a new attempt. Caulking in the bathroom should be taken care of, groose! King suite layout was weird, with another door leading to a locked closet. Lots of noises in and out. We had a 1st floor. People above us were very noisy at 4am-6am we had little to no sleep. It's not the best hotel, not the worst. Won't return to Brandon Victoria. Unless it's necessary.

The heater in our room was very noisy when it worked. It only stayed on for a very short periods of time and then it shut off, so our room was quite chilly. I was disappointed that there was not good choices of channels on the TV. When we got there, the remote did not work and I had to go down to the front desk to get maintenance to come and fix it. you also need to get new pillows for that room, they’re in pretty bad shape.
