Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Brandon

Staff was very unorganized and unknowable at check in. No one was answering the phone at the front desk all night when I would call about noise issues. Felt unsafe to leave my room.

Firstly, i booked the deluxe king size room. They gave use a double queen size room! They gave away our room to evacuated from the fires! Bathroom floor was filty, toe nails in the corners! Pool area was filthy, wet towels everywhere and no clean towels. Broken tile in the hot tub. Carpets in the hallway were covered with food.

The staff are welcoming and provided excellent service.

I stepped on broken glass in my room. The housekeeping staff brought a vacuum to the room quickly.

I like the place. Easy to get to and great staff.

Very friendly staff, nice service, clean room.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years. It’s clean everyone is very friendly.
