Central location, excellent service

• Exceptional location and city views – the setting really stands out. • Clean rooms overall, although the carpets in the rooms and hallways looked worn and could use attention. • Friendly, polite staff who were generally accommodating and helped make the stay enjoyable.

• While the rooms were clean, the carpet condition didn’t feel up to standard for a 5-star hotel. • In the bathroom, the tap on one of the basins seemed incorrectly installed, as it had to be turned clockwise to open (opposite of what’s typical). • Inconsistent shower pressure, making it difficult to adjust—either a trickle or full force. • Staff friendliness was mixed: some were genuinely warm, while others appeared forced, which affected the overall atmosphere. • Restaurant service was slow and hard to access even when the restaurant was about 30% full. We often had to search for waiters, and it was noticeable that other guests were doing the same. At times, staff would deliver an item and then return to the bar area, where some were watching videos on their phones. • Food wait times were long, even for simple breakfast items like fried eggs (up to ~15 minutes). • Breakfast food quality felt worse than previous visits, with heavy use of oil in hot items (eggs, bacon, mushrooms), which didn’t match expectations for a 5-star property. • Lunch and dinner menus were very limited, and most sides were also cooked in oil. There were few healthy options (no steamed vegetables and only one or two salads).

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to suit my dietary preferences, and I truly enjoyed every bite. The cappuccino, in particular, was one of the best I’ve ever had.

To be completely honest, there wasn’t anything I truly disliked. The only minor issue I noticed was a faint smell in the bathroom, likely coming from the pipes or drainage. It slightly affected the freshness of the room when I first arrived, though it didn’t reflect on the cleanliness, which was excellent. Perhaps a bit of maintenance could help improve this in future. Aside from that, everything else was outstanding, from the thoughtful preparation before my arrival to the attention to detail and warm hospitality throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the upgrade and how my reason for the visit was acknowledged and respected.
