I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The service, ambiance, signature scent, and cleanliness were all exceptional—honestly, there was hardly anything I could find to criticize. Was genuinely impressed and very happy with the overall experience. The only thing I missed was breakfast, as I had plans for exercise and exploring Bandung’s culinary. This is truly a five-star hotel in every sense. It’s a classic property that has successfully maintained its elegance & quality. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

Good location, good ambient, 1 stop shopping for holiday (play ground for kids, good pool with warm water), good andong. Good food for breakfast and the food in The Ambasador lounge. Staff were friendly, humble and very helpfull. Overall, I love to stay in this hotel and I should repeat it whenever I will go to Bandung.

The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, making our stay truly comfortable and memorable. Their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to the Edelweiss Spa team. I enjoyed two treatments during my stay and was thoroughly pleased with the excellent service and relaxing experience. "전반적으로 만족하지만.."

잠자리도 편안했고 조식도 좋았어요.직원들도 친절했다. 숲속에 있는 듯한 산책길도 좋았어요.

오전에 있는 시위(어제축구경기결과에 따른)로 도로가 마비되어 반둥역까지 30분정도의 거리를 2시간만에 도착. 당연히 기차는 떠났고, 다음기차를 8시간이상 기다려 탈수있었다. 체크아웃이 예정된 고객에게 도로사항을 사전공지 해주지 않은게 많이 아쉽다. 충분히 예견 될 만한 사항인데.. 다음여행지로 떠나는 여행객이 아닌, 출국해야 하는 여행객이라면 어쩔뻔 했는가..

"Amazing hotel"

This our first time to stay here So gratefull for the amazing experienced Activity for kids is amazing. Like a feeding fish and you can try riding a horse carriage. The staff so kind.
