Dear The Papandayan Team, We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at The Papandayan. Everything was truly memorable, and it would not have been possible without your incredible team members. Firstly, we celebrated our wedding on May 9th, 2026 at Hurubatu Grill Garden, and it was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail made our special day unforgettable. Secondly, we stayed at the hotel for two weeks, and throughout our entire stay, your staff consistently remained friendly, helpful, warm, and professional. We truly felt welcomed and cared for every single day. We would especially like to thank: - Annisa Listyorini, for being so communicative, patient, and supportive while helping us organize our wedding and room arrangements. Thank you for always making things happen for us and ensuring everything went smoothly. - Our regular Room Attendants from Housekeeping, Fatimah and Zahwa. Thank you for always going above and beyond for us and our family. Your kindness, hard work, and attention to detail were truly appreciated and never unnoticed. - The Concierge team: Yudi, Ario, Kohari, Sidiq, Pasha, Ronald, and all the staff members whom we may not be able to mention one by one. Thank you for always assisting us with genuine warmth and professionalism. You all made us feel at home. - Chef Agus, thank you so much for the delicious food served at our wedding. Our guests and we ourselves gave so many compliments about the food — everything was excellent and truly memorable. - The PAGO Restaurant team: Rian (thank you for always remembering our favorite coffees every day), Tias, Bapak Asep K, and all the other staff members. Thank you for your constant smiles, friendliness, and exceptional hospitality. Every breakfast and every interaction with your team became one of the highlights of our stay. - Ibu Lusi Susanti, thank you for spending time with us and sharing your life experiences. It was truly meaningful and heartwarming. - Mas Tony from Banquet, thank you for helping us organizing the buffet and seating arrangements. You and your team did very well. - Nina and Rini from the Edelweiss Tirta Ayu Spa, thank you for your amazing service. - Housekeeping staffs who did our room. The balloons, cake, flowers, and the beautiful swans were so beautiful. We loved it so much. - Acca and Ripki from Front Office, thank you for your warm service and assistance throughout our stay. - Bapak Jeffrey and Bapak Endang from Security, thank you for always making us feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable. We would also like to thank all the team members behind the scenes whom we may not know by name. Every single person contributed to making our wedding celebration and stay so special and unforgettable. I enjoyed my stay here. The atmosphere is elegant, the staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable for rest in. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Bandung.

Start from security, the first we came, even we are using motorbike, they still treat us very nice. So fantastic hospitality The front officer really helpful with our belongings, then in the middle of the night we have little bit problem with tv then engineering come so fast to fix it, its like a magic When we are going for breakfast, the hostess see me walking with the barefoot and she offering me sandals. Thanks for caring me you are so amazing Least but not last Heyyyy hooo KITCHEN team. Your food so outstanding. The breakfast menu so freaking awesome, Tasteful, you guys have a lot of menus there, everything that i ate none of them is fail. Good job!!!! I hope that i can visit you guys again soon! 😋
