Such a great experience staying at this hotel. The service is fast and excellent. Especially during breakfast time, the service is excellent, quick n very helpful. A lot of activities in kids club. Warm water pool and clean. Room is bright n clean. Eventhough in the middle of city, the atmosphere is like in the jungle with many Trees and fountain. Food is great n lots of variety. The hotel its in the middle of city close to shopping area, many restaurants nearby, etc. Definitely will be coming back again. Such a great experience.

The reception knew us when we arrived and welcomed us with big smiles. The Saturday night Asian food cart style dinner was amazing with so many different options. The live band at the pool bar was also fantastic. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy! Great location.

The shower wasn't very hot and no poolside furniture (which is bizarre for a hotel of this size). The pool was also heated to an uncomfortably warm temperature.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Papandayan Hotel Bandung. The room was comfortable, the staff were warm and courteous, and the hotel’s ambiance created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Being a Muslim-friendly hotel was a big plus for me. I will definitely return on my next visit to Bandung.

I would prefer some of breakfast station food was handle by my self rather than the waiters.

Food, it’s just ordinary, Nothing special in breakfast compared the lower class hotels

I love the rooms and beds and the toilets.

The breakfast was the worst ever I had for a five star rating hotel. The options are very limited. The tastes are very bad. And worst of all, we are not able to pick the food on our own. Every station has acrylic panels preventing us from taking the food ourselves. We have to tell the servers what we want and wait for it. And many more to comment. It's just the worst breakfast ever and I wasted a lot of money paying for the breakfast for 5pax for 4 days but I only came for the breakfast on day one and my family and i skipped the breakfast for the rest of the days

TAPI KAMAR MANDI TERKUNCI GAK BISA DI BUKA.... HOTEL YANG KATANYA BINTANG 5, 2 MALAM DENGAN BIAYA HAMPIR 4 JUTA.. KEMAHALANNNNNNNN. KALAU PERLU SAYA ADA VIDEO BANYAK RAYAP BERJATUHAN DI KAMARNYA.... MINIMAL ADA KOMPENSASI ANAK SAYA GAK BAYAR MAKAN SAMBIL STAFFNYA BILANG.. MOHON MAAF BAPAK IBU ATAS KETIDAK NYAMANAN TADI MALAM.. INI SAYA GRATISKAN UNTUK ANAKNYA TIDAK USAH BAYAR UNTUK MAKAN PAGINYA.... PARAHHHHHHH INIMAHHHHHH....

Very classic luxury themed hotel. Requested for a wheelchair friendly room, and they gave us an obstruction-free bathroom, easy for my with wheelchair needs to move around!

There was no slope or ramp leading to the lobby from the drop-off area. We had to use the staff entrance at the back to accommodate my mother’s wheelchair, as the front of the lobby only had steep stairs.
