Cliveden House - an Iconic Luxury Hotel

Very good breakfast and excellent location.

I had requested an earlier check-in (13:00 rather than 15:00) for medical reasons, but it didn’t happen, as promised.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful, but the staff were truly exceptional. Every possible need or want was taken care of, and this really set our time at Cliveden apart. Plus the house and grounds are stunning!

Beautiful public rooms, fantastic spa, excellent breakfast Set in National Trust grounds, the trees, walks and gardens are beautiful The staff everywhere were great, responded quickly to requests eg bringing an extra lamp to the room We stayed in cold winter and there were extra blow heaters everywhere to keep it warm - difficult in a huge historic property

Can’t think of anything.

Unmatched customer service and exquisite surroundings. The property has an amazing character and history, it feels like you are stepping back in time but not at the expense of luxury or amenities you would expect at a five star hotel.

Due to the nature of the property it can get a little cold in between corridors, but being a grade I listed building it is to be expected. Just bring some layers if you are staying in winter.
