Extended Stay America Suites - San Diego - Mission Valley - Stadium

Good location, first floor room was nice with kids, and good size kitchen.

No shampoo in rooms and asked and they didn’t have any. The room did not smell good, not clean. Hotel should put air fresheners at least.

Staff are very warm, cordial & professional Wifi access is tied to your name/email/room number, which provided added user confidence Policy for handling Amazon packages is top-notch proximity to Walmart, great.

Some lighting points in my room were out. curtains require a change-out (lining is aged and ripped up)

The manager was accommodating when we informed him that we would not stay there. He said he would approve the full refund.

The room was in disrepair, if it was clean it did not reflect it. Noisy. The people in the lobby area and outside did not make us feel safe. We did not stay and found another hotel down the street. The manager checked the room before we left and said he would approve a full refund.

Location

It was dirty. At one point I thought there was CSI fingerprint dust on a door jam in the hallway. Not sure what it was but not good. The sink I'm my room was connected wrong and poured water all over the counter and floor. Couldn't use it. WONT STAY AGAIN even though it's right next to my office.

Shower, The water was cold and the shower head was terrible.

nobody knew what was going on, smelled like cat piss, half the furniture was beat up(drawers don't stay closed) TV didn't work at all, found other people's belongings in my room. Overall just kid of shitty
