"Disappointing for a Melia.."

Outdated rooms and bathrooms, very poor quality of food produce.. team at the reception a little bit over relaxed and forgetting what you ask for.. parking situation paying prime pricing not even functioning and you have constantly to ask permission to get in and out because their system “doesnt work” and after three days stay it still doesn’t! Very naff entertainment and expensive à la carte food and beverage and very poor quality of food. Very disappointing

Buffet...pobre. Estuvimos en media Pensión una semana, no había variedad, poco que elegir, no había días temáticos por ejemplo por países en comida que hay en otros hoteles que da para poder variar un poco el buffet cada día , atención para bebida en mesa tarde , comparada con otras cadenas como Iberostar o H10 ..el buffet fue decepcionante para ser un Melià. Una habitación Premium sin armario..una barra para colgar la ropa al lado de la cama. Ubicación buena , al lado de la playa.

Lo que más me gustó fue el acceso directo a la playa. Y el magnífico buffet del desayuno.

Estuvimos media hora en cola para hacer el check -in porque había una sola persona en recepción. El acceso a las habitaciones es a través de la piscina, tienes q pasar por enmedio de las tumbonas con las maletas. No hay ascensor para subir a las habitaciones y la nuestra estaba en una tercera planta.

"Excelente ubicación en la playa"

La zona de piscina y la salida directa a la playa. Las habitaciones amplias. El desayuno completo y variado. La persona que realiza las tortillas y huevos en el desayuno super profesional y amable.

El baño estaba anticuado y el check in fue muy lento porque sólo había una persona haciéndolo y llegamos en vísperas de un puente varias personas a la vez para realizarlo y se demoró casi media hora.
