The bell tower! The location! It’s gorgeous.

The property is quaint and charming and really convenient for dog owners. It is also located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Parking was easy too. I would classify it as a 3 star, because the building isn’t well constructed. The floors and walls are not well insulated, it is so loud. We were on the first floor, and the guests above our room were so loud. We could hear every step and everything they dropped so loudly. They kept startling us and the dogs. The shower is really loud when it turns on in the room and louder when the room above us turned theirs on. The water from the faucet started smelling like sewer after a day. The shower was pretty old and crusty, and the bath amenities are very basic. Aside from that, the room was spacious and the laminate flooring was good for dogs. The in-room snacks were priced really well (2 free waters). We didn’t check out the free breakfast or use any of the property’s amenities. For the price, it was a good choice. I think upgrading to a cottage or staying on an upper floor would have been more peaceful.

They had a Spanish omelette which were decent. The sausage patties were very greasy looking. NO PASTRIES?! Weird. They needed some healthier options. The yogurt cups were tiny and full of sugar. Greek yogurt would have been nice. Location great

After mulling over all the hotels and rooms I booked this hotel for the little extras. There were no extras! They were supposed to have wine that evening. I was told only Thursday-Sunday and I booked through a 3rd party that didn’t state which days. I also booked a specific junior suit room because I liked the set up for my mom and I. This wasn’t the room I got. No other pictures were listed and the front desk told me you don’t know what you will get. Not what was advertised. Our room wasn’t nearly as nice as the one pictured. Again I was told I didn’t book directly and a 3rd party you never know what you get. Frustrating because I spent a lot of time trying to book a cute room for a special birthday for my mom and I. Our room wasn’t nearly ok. Much older. Cracked bathroom tiles and door. Not modern as pic showed. So No wine. No cute room. Breakfast could have been better. Wish I went elsewhere for less money.

Wonderful location with a good breakfast. Very large and comfortable room in the Clock Tower. Loved the high ceiling! Welcoming staff. great experience.
