Chateau Loft was a beautiful room, complimentary wine and breakfast and the whole environment

Old and tired. Cars by our window. Coffee pot in room had to pull out the furniture just to plug it in. Could see patches in ceiling

We stayed in the two story room, queen upstairs and pull out sofa in main room. Our 17year old son slept on that and said it was very uncomfortable Otherwise room was fine Breakfast room was a little dreary, very limited items as well

The property is quaint and charming and really convenient for dog owners. It is also located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Parking was easy too. I would classify it as a 3 star, because the building isn’t well constructed. The floors and walls are not well insulated, it is so loud. We were on the first floor, and the guests above our room were so loud. We could hear every step and everything they dropped so loudly. They kept startling us and the dogs. The shower is really loud when it turns on in the room and louder when the room above us turned theirs on. The water from the faucet started smelling like sewer after a day. The shower was pretty old and crusty, and the bath amenities are very basic. Aside from that, the room was spacious and the laminate flooring was good for dogs. The in-room snacks were priced really well (2 free waters). We didn’t check out the free breakfast or use any of the property’s amenities. For the price, it was a good choice. I think upgrading to a cottage or staying on an upper floor would have been more peaceful.
