Great location

They put us in an occupied room (yes someoneโ€™s stuff was everywhere when we walked in) then gave us a terrible downgraded room. The hotel is a labyrinth and without directions the room was almost impossible to locate. We just got โ€œtake the elevator then the stars upโ€ whereโ€™s the elevator? Which stairs?!?!? They gave us a bottle of non local wine ($20 per the honor bar with markup it probably wasnโ€™t more than a crappy $5 bottle). The room was old, weird, uneven floor with a pillar you might smack into in the middle of the night. A fireplace less than a foot next to one of the beds. So disappointed in this room. They offered to move us after weโ€™d settled in but after the hunt for our room and unpacking already it wasnโ€™t worth it.
