The worst microtel I’ve ever stayed at…

When I first arrive the toilet had water on floor, gnats was coming up from the face sink no stopper for the sink or tub. The bathtub water didn’t hot. It was dimmed in the room lights was blown. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room. The outlet didn’t have cover. The building had a strong ordor smell like weed. The towels had holes in them, the mop bucket was left with dirty water in it. The ceiling had stains in the roof. The people at the desk wasn’t friendly at all when arrival. The toilet didn’t flush good. The vent above was loose. The mirror was crack

This property should not be listed by Expedia. We walked into the room to find the window open, no ac, hall light did not work, no pillows, burn hole mark in one bed sheet, the second bed was not made up. Clearly an unsafe property re the repair marks of liquid wood on the rooms hall door and bathroom door. We turned the key back in and left.

The worst place I've ever been. Dirty, smelly, criminal activty on the premises, seldom anyone at the front desk. Too many issues to mention. Definitely not how it was depicted online. TERRIBLE!

Elevator broken, room was on 3rd floor. Recent rotator cuff surgery and had a heavy bag. Young man working did carry my bag up the stairs for me. Room was definitely a smoking room or had been. One light in entire room worked over one bed. That and one of 2 bathroom lights worked. Paint peeling, very much in need of repairs.

Got here during hurricane Helene and smelled like the front lobby was a growing operation based off the skunky smell. Everything about here was not ok for a Wyndham chain which surprised me. The room had rhinestones and cigarette burns all over ; when I mean all over : sheets , toilet seat, a/c heat unit… only positive I have is that I told the front lobby worker that I couldn’t stay there with my small children and they agreed to refund my not refundable room. Meanwhile in the parking lot it seemed like a whole lot of shady things going on in the dark or maybe I was just biased after all that. I seriously never complain and I would never think Wyndham would have their name attached to this place.

This place was a mess. The entrance and corridors smelled strongly of marijuana and the elevator was jerky. The staff was very unfriendly to begin with. When we arrived in our room the condition was appalling. There were bare wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector should have been, no outlet covers, mold covering the ceiling and walls in the bathroom as well as the ac unit. Holes in the walls and peeling drywall, filthy carpet and stained comforter on the bed. The smell in the room was suffocating and turning the air on only made it worse. I approached the lady at the front desk to ask if they had a different room in better condition and she told me I should leave. We did leave and stayed somewhere else. This is NOT the quality I would expect when booking through Expedia. And the worst part is that I payed a good chunk for the room that didn’t get refunded.

Run down, lots of people around the parking lot at all hours of the night. Door in bathroom didnt shut, toilet paper holder half way attached to wall, crumbs on table, just at dirty place all together. Breakfast consisted of thawed eggo waffles in a fridge and cereal with a gallon of milk in the fridge.

I was not comfortable or felt safe. There was loud music and drug smells. Also, the room i was in felt and smelled mildew. The mattress was dented on one side. It was a horrible experience and definitely not kid friendly.
