We stayed in a one-bedroom unit with a pullout couch, and it was everything we hoped for. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully furnished, and clearly well cared for. The location couldn’t be better, right next to the Canadian Museum of Nature, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The bed was so comfortable, I honestly slept better than I do at home. Pillows galore added a cozy touch, and my friend who used the pullout couch had nothing but praise for it. We parked in the underground garage and didn’t touch the car once. Ottawa’s public transit is that efficient. Buses and streetcars made getting around a breeze. Underground parking is an extra expense though. $22 per day if I recall. There was major construction happening just outside our window. Steel girders being driven into the ground from early morning until dinner time. But the soundproofing in our room was phenomenal. We barely noticed it until we stepped outside and realized just how loud it actually was. All in all, a fantastic experience. Would absolutely stay again. The booking.com didn’t provide the right information to check in. You supposed to register online first, otherwise you are not able to get in the door

La habitación era bonita, bien decorada, muy limpia, la cama muy confortable (se descansa muy bien). Hay un buen aprovechamiento del espacio. Los utensilios básicos disponibles y la lavadora de platos pequeña y muy funcional. Está ubicado a dos cuadras de Bank Street donde hay muchos comercios y un supermercado a 700mts.

Dentro de los elementos de la cocina nos hizo falta un: pichel, para poder tener agua fresca disponible y así reducir el consumo de plásticos comprando botellas. Aunque la ubicación es muy cerca de Bank Street, se requiere caminar al menos 20 minutos (8-10 cuadras) para llegar al centro - Parlamento. No es tan cómodo si se quiere hacer turismo a pie.

We had a wonderful stay in a top-floor apartment with a huge terrace. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage, and the apartment was very well equipped, exactly as shown in the pictures. On top of that, the building offers great common facilities such as game rooms and laundry, which made the stay even more convenient. The location was excellent — close to the trendy restaurant districts and also within walking distance of the Parliament area for sightseeing. Highly recommended!

On the downside, there was a constant air noise in the master bedroom, and as the apartment is located downtown, there was quite a lot of light and traffic noise at night. Parking is not included and costs an additional 22 CAD per day.

C'était agréable, tranquille, assez près du centre ville, le décor soigné.

J'ai détesté le bruit de la ventilation voire de la climatisation. Des boules quies étaient fournies dans la chambre 202 pour ne pas entendre les sons en question et "bien dormir" !... Si l'intention était bonne, elle était quelque peu aberrante...
