Please inform Sonder The O'Connor in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We cannot provide a crib for the studio apartments. There's no cable, room service, or daily housekeeping. This building has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under that age, guests must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older. Paid parking ($20/night) is non-refundable and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bikes are not allowed inside the apartments. Please store it on the bike rack in the parking garage. You may hear construction noise from renovations inside the building. The seasonal balconies are currently unavailable.

"Te cobran depósito y no lo devuelven"

El apartamento estaba bien.

Me cobraron 100€ de depósito sin avisar y sin poner nada en la app y 15 días después todavía no me lo han devuelto. Todo por una noche de alojamiento. Entiendo que cobren depósito pero que lo digan y en 15 días todavía no han tenido tiempo de revisar la habitación y devolver el dinero Hay opciones en la ciudad que no retienen tanto y ofrecen los mismos servicios.

"We hope to return sometime, it was a comfortable accommodation in an ideal location."

The location was outstanding, the air conditioning was a consistent life saver, the supply cupboard was handy, the fitness center and games room were a treat.

The parking situation could have been better. The laundry facilities were great but having these managed by a third party proved to be complicated at times.

"It was cool"

I liked the location. It was near bus stations, museums, and the Parliament and the Rideau Center.

The customer service was bad, like they just forget about you.

"Gute Unterkunft in Ottawa, die wir wieder buchen würden."

Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile mit allem was man braucht um sich ein Frühstück oder Essen zuzubereiten. Sitzgelegenheit vorhanden, Parkgarage gegen Entgelt zubuchbar. Unser Zimmer war ruhig. Die Lage war optimal, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe und auch ins Zentrum konnte man problemlos laufen.

Da man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte, war man leider auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen, die sehr laut war. Ohrstöpsel wurden zur Verfügung gestellt.

El personal amable.

De las fotos que muestran a lo que era nuestra habitación no se parecía en nada. La habitación olía a comida y tuvieron que pasar dos veces la máquina de ozono. Aún así seguía el apartamento seguía oliendo a comida. Menos mal que fueron dos días solamente los que reservamos porque era muy desagradable.

Funzionale per chi non esce per i pasti perché ha tutta l’attrezzatura per cucinare

Considerato in centro ma lontano dai luoghi di interesse. Mediocre il livello della struttura non certo da 4”pallini”. Letto piccolo con materasso gibboso e scomodissimo. Il bagno non era pulitissimo trovato capelli…
