Please inform Sonder The O'Connor in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We cannot provide a crib for the studio apartments. There's no cable, room service, or daily housekeeping. This building has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under that age, guests must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older. Paid parking ($20/night) is non-refundable and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bikes are not allowed inside the apartments. Please store it on the bike rack in the parking garage. You may hear construction noise from renovations inside the building. The seasonal balconies are currently unavailable.
